Principle of Plasma Technology

CASP hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer adopts a new sterilization method which integrates hydrogen peroxide with low temperature plasma technology.  During the sterilization process, diffuse vaporized H₂0₂ into each corner of chamber, and generate plasma and the ionized H₂0₂ kill bacteria/microorganism.
Hydrogen peroxide is a sterilization agent with high density and it can rapidly kill microorganism.  H₂0₂ plasma contains the abundant charged ions (i.e hydroxyl radical, activated oxygen atom and hydrogen atom).  These ions are in combination with protein and nucleic acid of microorganism and then can destroy/kill bacterial metabolization /microorganism rapidly.
